Custody (or Timesharing ), Visitation & Relocation
The most emotionally charged aspect of divorce is often the subject of the children. This issue becomes even more complex if one parent wishes to move out of the area with the children. Deciding where they will live, when and with whom can be difficult to negotiate. Often, the final outcome of a child custody (or Timesharing ) hearing will be greatly influenced by what happened earlier in the case — during the period of separation. It is critical to manage a case correctly from the outset.
At Maynor Sachs Copple, we protect the rights and relationships of mothers, fathers and children. Because of her skill and experience in this area, Ms. Sachs Copple has served as a Court Appointed Guardian Ad Litem advocating the best interest of children to the Court.
