Tana Sachs Copple

Tana Sachs Copple is a family law attorney and partner in the law firm of Maynor Sachs Copple in West Palm Beach, Florida. Her practice focuses exclusively on matrimonial and family law issues relating to dissolution of marriage, co-parenting and timesharing, all post-dissolution matters including modification actions and contempt and enforcement actions. Her practice also involves paternity and domestic violence cases.

Ms. Sachs Copple began her career in 1997 as a prosecutor in the Broward County State Attorney’s Office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. As an Assistant State Attorney, she prosecuted and tried cases at the County and Felony Court level and was specially assigned to the Domestic Violence Unit for approximately one year. Her training and work as a domestic violence prosecutor protecting family members experiencing domestic abuse, gave her unique insight into the legal obstacles and emotional hurdles families in crisis experience. She understands how navigating the legal system can be challenging for individuals who are struggling through an emotionally tumultuous time in their lives and recognizes how important it is to assure those clients that she will do everything possible to protect their personal safety and financial interests.
